Paying Rent Online
The easiest and most reliable way to pay rent is through your tenant portal. Online payments are processed securely, post quickly, and give you a digital record of every transaction.
How to Pay Rent Online
Log in to your tenant portal
Navigate to the Payments section
Enter your payment amount and select your payment method (bank account / ACH or credit/debit card)
Review the payment details and submit
You'll receive a confirmation email once the payment is processed
First-time users will need to add a payment method before submitting. ACH (bank transfer) payments are free. Credit and debit card payments may carry a convenience fee.
Setting Up AutoPay
We recommend setting up AutoPay to ensure your rent is never late. AutoPay will automatically submit your payment on the date you choose each month. To set it up, go to Payments → AutoPay in your tenant portal and follow the prompts.
When Is Rent Due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A grace period applies through the 5th. Payments received after the 5th are subject to a late fee per the terms of your lease. See Understanding Late Fees and Payment Deadlines for more detail.
