If something in your unit needs repair, submit a maintenance request through your tenant portal. This is the fastest way to get issues addressed and gives you a record of the request.
How to Submit
Log in to your tenant portal
Select Maintenance β Submit a Request
Describe the issue and add photos
Submit β you'll get a confirmation and can track progress in the portal
Tips for a Faster Resolution
Be specific about location (e.g., "kitchen faucet," "bathroom ceiling")
Note when the issue started and if it's worsening
Include your availability for access
