Welcome to Proactive Property Management

Thank you for choosing PPM to manage your investment. We're a technology-forward property management company based in Jersey City, NJ specializing in residential properties across Northern New Jersey β€” including single-family homes, multi-family buildings, condos, and HOA communities.


What We Do

PPM handles the full scope of property management on your behalf:

  • Leasing β€” marketing your property, screening tenants, and executing leases

  • Rent collection β€” collecting rent and disbursing proceeds to you monthly

  • Maintenance coordination β€” handling repair requests, dispatching vendors, and keeping your property in excellent condition

  • Financial reporting β€” monthly statements, year-end reporting, and 1099 preparation

  • Compliance β€” staying current on NJ landlord-tenant law, fair housing requirements, and local regulations


Your Owner Portal

Your owner portal gives you 24/7 access to statements, work order updates, lease information, and communications with PPM. Log in at njppm.managebuilding.com. If you haven't set up your portal yet, see How to Login to Your Owner Portal.


Your First Steps

To complete your onboarding:

  1. Complete the Owner Onboarding Form

  2. Submit your banking information for ACH disbursements

  3. Provide proof of property insurance

  4. Review and sign your Management Agreement
